I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and periods of significant life change. I have experience also working with neurodivergent individuals to support their functioning and wellbeing. I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, while utilising play and art therapy for children and teenage clients.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big believer in the importance of the little things that support our wellbeing. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors for a walk, discovering new places to eat, and utilising gym and sport to unwind. I also love reading and learning about the many ways people make sense of their experiences and navigate life.
These interests reflect something I value in my work as a psychologist: wellbeing isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about finding a balance that feels meaningful and sustainable for you.
I know that reaching out to a psychologist can feel daunting, particularly if you’re not sure where to begin. My aim is to create a safe and welcoming environment where we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Within my work I aim to be neurodiverse affirming to create a supportive environment for all clients.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, you don’t have to work through it alone.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

I was first introduced to Osteopathy as a teenager. I was one of those kids that was always hurting themselves, especially on the basketball court. Despite my Osteopath's best interests, I missed my calling as a professional basketballer.
Wanting to expand my knowledge in the human body, I enrolled in Osteopathy. Over the course of the next five years, my love of the profession grew, and I began an internship in my final year of university. After graduated from Victoria University in 2016, I worked for several years at a clinic, learning to manage a range of different conditions and different age groups.
During my time at the clinic, I became a Senior Osteopath and began mentoring the new graduates. I was then promoted to a Supervising Clinician, which entailed supporting the younger staff members around him.
I then decided to venture out on his own and started DC Osteo, with the hope of growing my business and giving back to the community of Diggers Rest. Fast forward a few years and numerous ongoing discussions, Stephanie and I decided to combine our expertise and DSC Health was born.
I enjoy working with patients of all ages from children to older adults and assisting them in learning more about their condition, so they may best recover from it. I utilise my interest in strength-based exercises and Clinical Pilates to help get my patients actively involved in their management plan, enhancing their recovery and decrease the risk of further injury.
